Against elements
How spells, attacks and statuses of each element affect it.
- Fire spells heal it a little instead of hurting it: 1/16 of their power, whatever its magic defense.
- Water spells do ×1.5. Spells of any other element do normal damage.
- Normal attacks of the fire element do ×½ to it; of the water element, ×1.5.
- Fire spells cause their status on it at half the chance; water spells, at ×1.5. No status leaves it out.
- It can be burned, but burn is fire damage: each tick heals it 1 or 2 HP. If it walks, magma and heated ground heal it about 6 HP a second.
Terrain
What the zones of the battle maps do to it: quicksand, magma, fords, bogs, sand and ice.
- It is a fire unit: magma and heated ground heal it about 6 HP a second instead of hurting it.
